Ultra-Tex 4 Pregel StarchULTRA TEX 4 is a premium cold water swelling modified food starch derived from waxy maize. It is a white to off white powder and is particularly well suited for instant food preparations subjected to severe processing conditions. Dispersions of this product have a smooth, short texture and excellent sheen, and it imparts a rich creamy mouthfeel to prepared foods. An ideal application is the preparation of instant salad dressings. Ultra Tex 4 is a good
