Chicory(Cichorium intybus L). Another of the herby ones. Looks a bit like a dock leaf but it's really palatable to stock so throw a couple kg in the mix for cattle, lambs or deer. Thrives in spring and summer producing buckets of feed dormant though in the winter. Graze it quite hard in early spring as it will rush away to flower and turn horrible and woody if given a chance then no one wants to eat it. Can stand cutting to keep it manageable.
